- Winners will be contacted by email the week AFTER THE SHOW ON MARCH 27, 2010. Baskets will not be ready until after the week after the show.
- Basket must be picked up at WICU 3514 State St. Erie, PA 16508 between 8:30 AM and 5:00 PM Monday through Friday before April 1, 2010 at noon or we will draw another winner.
- Winners MUST BE 21 YEARS OR OLDER TO WIN THIS PRIZE
- Prize remaining after pick-up deadline will be given away to another randomly drawn winner.
- WICU/WSEE reserves the right to alter this prize at any time.

- To participate you must live within the Erie, PA DMA, or adjacent counties, as specified by Nielsen media research. (approx. 55 mile radius of Erie, PA)
- To receive a complete set of rules and/or list of winners at the end of the contest, send a self-addressed stamped envelope to WICU 3514 State St. Erie, PA 16508 . Employees and their immediate families of WICU/WSEE and prize sponsors are ineligible.
- All winners will be required to complete necessary paperwork up to and including providing proof of identiy (driver's license) and social security number.
- Release forms are at the offices of WICU/WSEE and can be picked up during regular business hours (8:30am - 5:00pm).
- Prizes are not redeemable for cash and, unless otherwise noted, non-transferable.
- The prize winners are responsible for transportation and all expenses not included in the prize package. The winner is responsible for all fees and taxes that may be involved.
- WICU/WSEE Television, their owners, employees, officers, successors, and assigns for any accident or injury incurred by winner and/or companion while redeeming your prize.
